Set Up Email Receipts

How to set up email receipts, including your social media information and customisation.

You can personalise your email receipts and order confirmation emails (for online stores) by updating theme colours, adding your business logo, and including social media icons. To get started, go to Settings > Customise.

You also have the option to create multiple templates and assign them to different stores. To create a new template, click + Add. Select a template to open it and make your changes.

Add in the links for your social media accounts, these can be left blank if you do not use them. Select the store(s) you would like the template to be assigned to.

You can add the logo by dragging the file or by clicking on to the image. The logo will appear at the top of the email receipt.

The theme colours chosen will generate the link colour, social media block background colour and footer background colour. The logo and colour scheme set here will also be displayed on your PDF receipts, invoices, stock movements and transfers.

Click on the slider to pick the colour you want, then click in the box to pick the shade. If you know the HEX code, this can be typed in the bottom box.

Your business address and contact details will be automatically displayed in the footer. Tap Save to update the email receipt template.
