To add stores, go to Settings > Stores & Warehouse
A list of stores associated with your account are displayed, ordered by date created (oldest first). Search for a store by store name, email address and phone number. To add a store tap Add store in the top right.
Add the store name, address, phone number, email address and store prefix. A store prefix is displayed at the start of each order number.
You can also manage from here:
Store type: Select the type of business that best describes your store, such as Bike Store, Sporting Goods Store, Clothing Store or Garden Store. The default is Store (a generic catch all).
Location: Maintain your store's address and, where available, its latitude, longitude and Google Maps URL. The editable latitude and longitude are automatically populated based on your address details if accurate. You can manually find your latitude, longitude and Google Maps URL by searching for your store on Google Maps.
Opening hours: Select your opening days and times, including different hours for different days.
Contact points: Add contact information for departments such as Customer Service, Sales, Technical Support and Workshop.

Select the relevant days from the drop down and then input their opening hours. If you are open different hours on different days, select + additional hours.
Contact Point
Select the department name from the drop down and then provide their contact information.
Map pin location
The map is auto populated and displays on the contact page of your eCommerce site. The Latitude and Longitude auto populate based on the store address but can be amended to move where the pin shows on the map.
Registers
To view the registers associated with a store, go to Settings > Stores & Warehouse. Tap a store to view the registers associated with that store.
On each POS device, you will need to register the device to access the application. Once a device is registered, the register name given will be displayed within the register list so you can keep track of all registers associated with an individual store. To remove a register uninstall the POS application from your device.
