The store credit report summarises all customers with store credit. You can also use this report to view the total outstanding balance and total store credit redeemed.
The store credit report shows all customers with store credit displayed in a list per customer. The cards display:
Store credit issued
Store credit redeemed
Outstanding balance
Number of customers with store credit
The table of gift card codes can be sorted by:
Customer - Tap the customer name to view their profile and store credit history. Store credit has also been added and removed from a customers profile page
Issued - Total sum of store credit issued
Redeemed - Total sum of store credit redeemed
Balance - Remaining store credit
Expiration date
Status
