To view loyalty points and redeem rewards, add a customer to the order and tap the icon. A dialogue will display a customers name, email, store credit, loyalty points and any active loyalty rewards. If a customer is eligible for a reward, you'll be able to redeem the reward.
If loyalty points are being redeemed, the number of points and the reward name will be displayed above the payment information section. A Customer must be added to the order to redeem loyalty points. Please refer to the back office Loyalty Help Centre to setup loyalty. Loyalty is only available on the Pro and Unified plan.
