To view loyalty points and redeem rewards, add a customer to the order and tap the icon. A dialogue will display a customers name, email, store credit, loyalty points and any active loyalty rewards.
A list of loyalty rewards applicable to that customer will be displayed. If the customer is eligible to redeem the reward (they have enough points), you'll be able to increase the quantity to 1+ and click Apply Reward. Multiple rewards can be applied to one order.
If loyalty points are being redeemed, the number of points and the reward name will be displayed above the payment information section. Promotion and loyalty savings are deducted from the sub-total value.
A Customer must be added to the order to redeem loyalty points. Please refer to the back office Loyalty Help Centre to setup loyalty. Loyalty is only available on the Pro, Unified and Scale plans.
