This feature allows staff to switch users part way through an order. This is useful if there is a shift change part way through an order or if a staff member requires a manager to complete an order depending on user roles set in the back office.

You will not be able to switch to another user if the user you are switching to already has an open order. Instead tap Save for later, logout then login with the required user and access that saved order from the Sales history.
