This feature allows staff to switch users partway through an order, ensuring the appropriate user completes the transaction. For example, if a manager is required to apply a discount or process a refund due to permission settings, the order can be transferred to them seamlessly.

You will not be able to switch to another user if the user you are switching to already has an open order. Instead tap Save for later, logout then login with the required user and access that saved order from the Sales history.
