To ensure your devices connect via Bluetooth, you will need to make sure you have done the following:

Go to settings on your tablet and find Apps. Tap on Saledock POS and give it permission. This will enable it to find your devices.

Stay in settings on your tablet and tap Bluetooth. Ensure the Use Bluetooth button is enabled and tap Pair new device.

This will search for any nearby Bluetooth devices that can be connected. Make sure that the device you are looking to connect also has Bluetooth turned on, so it can be found.

Next, go to your POS App. In Settings, tap Search for devices. This will locate any nearby Bluetooth devices and tap the one you want to connect.
