The Cash movement report provides a log of all cash movements recorded within the selected date range. This includes activities such as opening floats, register closures, cash withdrawals, and any other cash movements recorded against a register.
Use this report to review when cash movements were made, who recorded them, and the value of each transaction.
You can use the following filters to refine the report:
Date range - Displays cash movements recorded within the selected period.
Register - Limits the report to cash movements for a specific register.
Store - Limits the report to cash movements for a specific store.
The report displays:
Register - Displays the register where the cash movement was recorded.
Store - Displays the store the register belongs to.
Create Date - Displays the date and time the cash movement was recorded.
User - Displays the user who recorded the cash movement.
Reason - Displays the reason entered for the cash movement, such as Opening float or Register closed.
Amount - Displays the value of the cash movement.
