The store credit report lists all store credit issued to customers, including redeemed amounts and outstanding balances.
You can use this report to:
View the total amount of store credit issued
View the total amount of store credit redeemed
View the total outstanding store credit balance
View the store credit balance for individual customers
The store credit report shows the total store credit issued, the total amount redeemed, the outstanding balance, and the number of customers with store credit.
The customer column is searchable and the customer, issued, redeemed and balance columns are sortable.
The list displays:
Customer - Customer who has been issued store credit
Issued - Total amount of store credit issued to the customer
Redeemed - Total amount of store credit redeemed by the customer
Balance - Remaining store credit balance available to the customer
