Export the pricing csv
To bulk edit existing product prices only, go to back office Products then tao the 3 dots. tap Export price file to export basic product information and prices across all sales channels.
👀 Important - ONLY pricing can be edited and reimported from this file. All additional data in export is to provide product context.
Bulk edit prices in csv
If you have multiple stores, you will be able to edit the prices individually for each store.
If the Margin is set to Y, this means pricing is based on a margin on the cost price. If Y, only edit the Margin column as the retail price will be generated based on the margin set on the cost price.
This feature is set on supplier level. Go to back office Settings > Suppliers then select a supplier and enable Auto update prices based on margin?
If the Margin is set to N, enter the Price and Sale Price manually. If you wish to activate the sale price, enter Y on the On Sale column. Adding a margin when the Margin column is set to N, will not update pricing.
The Cost Price can be edit in any scenario.
Once the prices have been updated in the csv,, the prices can be re-imported and updated. Tap the 3 dots then Import, to import the changes.
