To bulk edit existing product information, tap
then Export Products to export product information.
Important: Not all exported data can be edited and re-imported. The remaining data is to provide context about each product.
The following columns can not be edited:
RowType (Product/Variant)
Id (product database ID)
Variant (Size/Colour etc, cannot be edited in bulk)
TotalStock (All stores stock combined, for reference only)
CreateDate (Original date product was entered to the system)
For Product lines the following data can be edited:
Sku
Name
Category
Subcategory
Supplier
Brand
TaxCode - S = 20%, Z = 0% as setup under settings > tax rates. An existing tax rate must be setup in the back office, prior to adding to the spreadsheet
Archive (and unarchive) - Y to archive. If a product is already archived, a Y will be displayed, to unarchive, remove the Y so the column in blank or add a N.
Tags - separate with a space, pipe, space " | " if multiple.
EnableSerialNumbers - Y to enable, can be left blank or N if serial numbers are not required
Loyalty - Y to enable, can be left blank or N if Loyalty Points should not be earned on this product
CustomLoyaltyPoints - Custom amount of points to be earned on the specific product, if applicable
eCommerce specific columns
Meta title - Ideal length 50–60 characters. If left blank, the product name will be used
Meta description - Ideal length 155–160 characters. If left blank the product description will be used
Google Taxonomy - Use this list, to find the taxonomy ID related to the product.
💡 Tip: Press ctrl + F to display the search bar and type a a generic term to help find the most appropriate category. For instance, search cycling to highlight all cycling related products
Gender (apparel products only) - Case sensitive, must be:
male
female
unisex
Age (apparel products only) - Case sensitive, must be:
newborn = Newborn (0–3 months)
infant = Infant (3–12 months)
toddler = Toddler (1–5 years)
kids = Children (5–13 years)
adult = Adult (13 years+)
Publish - Y to publish. Blank if not published. If already published, the field will display a Y, to unpublish, change the cell to blank or add a N
ISPO (In-store purchase only) - Same as publish above
OOSP (Out of stock purchase) - Same as publish above
Badges - separate with a space, pipe, space " | " if multiple

Once the products have been updated in the CSV document, the products can be re-imported and updated. Tap then Import to import the changes.
