Saledock POS and Stock Control apps
The Saledock Point of Sale and Stock Controls applications are available on Android only and compatible with Android 7.1 and higher. We can't guarantee all mobile and tablet devices are compatible with Saledock POS and don't recommend devices released in 2019 or prior.
👀 Android 12+ Devices - Ensure permissions are granted to the Saledock app from the tablet device settings.
Saledock POS requires Bluetooth 4.0 to connect wirelessly to devices. If you choose to use SumUp as your payment provider please check the SumUp compatibility list.
Android app POS
Saledock's Point of Sale and Stock control applications are available on Android, available to download from the Google Play Store and Sunmi App Store. Saledock is compatible with the following hardware:

Saledock is compatible with the 57 x 32mm (11354) labels for your product labels and 54 x 101mm (99014) labels for your online order shipping labels.

Back office / Web POS
A web based version of the POS is also available and accessible from the Saledock back office. This version requires internet connection to access at all times.
This web based version means you can use the POS on any PC without the need to purchase POS terminals. However, although it offers the same features as the Android app version, there are no hardware or payment provider integrations.
The back office POS DOES NOT integrate with cash drawers, wireless scanners or payment providers. You may connect a POS (2"/3") receipt printer by installing drivers, and the printer behaves as it would printing to a regular A4 printer with a print preview. You may also print receipt to a standard A4 printer.

Availability
Saledock is currently only available in the UK. We are not multi-language or multi-currency compatible. Saledock supports English (United Kingdom) and GBP currency.
