Learn how to ship an item to your customer using the back office system.

If a customer wants an item shipping to them, the sale will need to be made through the Back Office sale system. Add the item(s) and the customer to the order.

Tap Ship to Customer.

The system will show you the order that is to be shipped. Tap Next to proceed.

Input the customer's shipping address and country and tap next when ready.

You can now select the Shipping. If you have shipping rates set up, it will automatically give you the option of the standard rate to ship to the customer's area. You can also choose from free shipping or tap custom rate to input an amount. Tap next to continue.

The order will now be updated with the customer's name and address above the purchase items, and the shipping you chose will be added to the order. Take payment to continue.

You can then choose to take payment by cash, card, on-account (if this option has been activated) or layby the order. If payment is taken by card, you will need to manually type the amount in to the card machine.
