Return/Discount/Cash Movement Reasons

How to pre-define reasons for returns, discounts and cash movements

Navigate to Settings > POS Configuration in the Back Office


Return Reasons

When creating return reasons you'll be able to select whether it will return an item directly to stock or move it to the return bin.

You can also allow the user to enter a custom reason in case it does not fit into something you have pre-defined


Discount Reasons

Only available on V2 Windows & Android POS App! Contact support to switch

Reasons can be pre-defined with the option for users to also enter a custom reason


Cash Movement Reasons

Only available on V2 Windows & Android POS App! Contact support to switch

Cash Movement reasons can be assigned to Cash In, Cash Out or both. You can also allow users to type a custom option
