View fulfillment list

Tap Fulfil orders to view all order. Search for an order by customer name or order number. Filter the orders by Status.

The status' enabled by default are Unfulfilled, In picking, On back order, Urgent, Pick from shop and Stock query.

Fulfill an order

An order is split into 3 tabs; Shipment, Items and Notes. All orders start on the Shipment tab.

The Shipment tab contains the order details including customer, address, order date, courier and order status. This tab is a visual reference of the order only as you'll process courier labels from the back office.

The Items tab contains a list of all products to be fulfilled. Each product tile display the product name, variant details and the quantity to be picked. The red cross indicates the item is yet to be picked. In the example below, 0 of 1 has been picked.

There are 2 ways to scan products within the app:

  • Manual scan - Once you've scanned a product, the product is displayed with a modal enabling the user to adjust the quantity.

  • Scan and go - Once you've scanned a product, the product quantity will be automatically updated by one each time the product barcode is scanned.

To enable scan and go mode, go to Settings and enable the scan and go toggle. The scan and go mode can be enabled for different features within the Stock App.

To manually pick items, tap the tile and input the quantity counted. You will not be able to exceed the quantity on order. Tap Save to update the quantity picked.

To reduce pick errors, we recommend using the built-in scanner on the L2S. In manual scan mode, if you scan a barcode, the above quantity input will also be displayed.

For optimal use, enable the Scan and go mode. If you have 10 of the same item to pick, scan all the individual items and the quantity will automatically update on each scan so you do not need to interact with the screen whilst picking.

When an item is scanned, the Pick counted updated toast in green is displayed to indicate a successful scan. If you scan more items than expected, you'll see a warning toast.

If an item is scanned that is not part of the order, a warning toast will also be displayed.

Once all items have been counted, the quantity line on each product with update to display a teal tick icon with 1/1 for example, shown.

The Notes tab includes any notes the customer has include in the online checkout or order notes added by the cashier on the POS.

Continue the order from the back office

Once all items have been picked, continue process the order by generating the courier label and dispatching the item. Please refer to the fulfil orders article on how to process a complete shipment.
