View online and POS orders in the back office

Export your sales history, view orders, picking lists, sales orders, and add notes and attachments.

By default, the sales history shows in-store and online orders for the last 30 days, ordered by date (newest first). Tap All stores to filter by a specific store. Search for an order by order number (exclude the #), user (sold by), customer name, account number and company name, or filter by date and status. Specify a status or select either a pre-defined or custom date range to automatically filter the sales history list. The Order number, Sold by, Customer and Date columns are also sortable.


Export sales history

Tap the 3 dots then Export to export the current sales history view. Only the current filtered view will be exported.


View an order

Tap a sales order number to view the order information. The sales order information contains:

  • Order created date/time

  • Order updated date/time

  • Store location

  • Sold by

  • Customer - Includes a link to the customer profile is this is not a walk-in

  • Items within the order

  • Payment summary

  • Issue receipt - Launches the POS

To add a note or attachment after the order has been created, tap the 3 dots then select either Add note or Add attachments. Once added, both a available to view on the order. Tap the attachment name to download the file.

To view the sales order in PDF format, tap the 3 dots then select Sales order. The PDF also includes shipping details and payment details including the payment source (Stripe/Dojo etc) and the transaction ID if available.

If an order has a total sum outstanding, a Continue order button is displayed. Tap to launch the POS app to continue the order. These are orders with the following status:

  • Saved

  • Layby

  • On account

  • Scheme provider

If an order is Complete, a Refund or exchange button is displayed. Tap the launch the POS app to process the order.

If the order is an online sales or a ship to customer order created on the POS, the billing address, shipping address / collect from store address is displayed plus a link to the Shipment. The Shipment is used to fulfill orders.

If the order is an On account or Scheme provider sale, a link to the Invoice is displayed. Tap the link to open the Saledock generated invoice PDF in a new tab, or if Xero is enabled, the Xero invoice is displayed. A complete list of on account and scheme provider sales is available from Reports > On account report.

If the order is a Quote, you'll have the option to print the quote from the back office or continue the order on the POS.
