New - Returns Slip on Picking List
Return instructions and a return address can be set up in Settings > Configuration.
This information will appear as a Return Slip on the Picking List, which can be included in the package sent to the customer.
The Return Slip also includes customer and order details, making it easy to identify and process returns when they arrive. This helps streamline your returns process and improves the overall customer experience.
New - Add Notes to Products
You can now add internal notes directly to a product via its product page. A new tab has been added where your team can enter free-form notes related to that product.
These notes are for internal use only β they will not appear anywhere else in the system and are not visible to customers. This feature is perfect for keeping track of product-specific reminders, supplier details, or any other internal information your team needs to reference.
Update - Back Orders for Online Purchases
Items ordered online from supplier stock, Out of Stock Purchase (OOSP) or Pre-Orders will now automatically create a Back Order in the back office, without reducing stock to a negative figure.
On the Fulfil Orders page, these shipments will immediately appear with a Back Order status instead of Unfulfilled. Once stock becomes available, the status will automatically update to Unfulfilled, letting you know it's ready to be processed.
