🚀 Enhancements
Xero Integration
We’ve made several improvements to the Xero integration to ensure invoices, payments and refunds stay fully in sync with your accounting. These updates apply only when the Xero integration is configured to create an invoice per sales order.
If your Xero integration is configured to post a single End-of-Day invoice, these changes will not affect your workflow.
Sales History Visibility
Any invoices or credit notes created for a sales order will now appear directly within the Sales History page, making it easier to see the full financial history of an order.
Automatic Refund Handling
When a refund is processed on a sales order:
A credit note is automatically created in Xero.
The credit note is automatically paid using the selected payment method (e.g. Card, Cash, etc.).
This ensures the refund is correctly reflected in your Xero bank or clearing account.
Automatic Balance Adjustment
If a refund is issued on a sales order that still has an outstanding balance:
The credit note will automatically reduce the balance on the latest invoice in Xero.
Any remaining balance can then be paid as normal.
Improved Payment Allocation
Payments are now automatically allocated across multiple invoices where required, ensuring:
Partial payments are handled correctly.
Invoice balances in Saledock match those in Xero.
Duplicate or unmatched payments are avoided.

Bundles and Collections - eCommerce
We’ve replaced Composites with two new product types designed to make merchandising easier and more flexible. Read the help centre for update information.
Bundles - Create ready-made product sets with a single, fixed price - perfect for kits, gift sets, and special offers. Bundles make it easy for customers to buy more in one click.
Collections - Collections allow you to curate a set of products that are sold together, while giving customers the flexibility to choose options like colour and size. This makes them ideal for products such as suits. Pricing is automatically calculated as the total of the included items. If you’d like to offer a special price, this can be easily set up using a promotion.
Cash Denominations
You now have the option to enter cash denominations when opening and closing your till. This feature is completely optional - you can still choose to enter a total amount only if you prefer.
If you’d like to use denomination counting, it can be enabled in the Back Office Settings → Payment Methods → Cash. Once enabled, simply enter the quantity of each coin/note when cashing up and the total will be calculated automatically for you, making the process quicker and more accurate.
POS Configuration
A new POS Configuration settings page is now available, allowing you to pre-define Return, Discount, and Cash Movement reasons. This helps streamline staff workflows, improve consistency at the till, and keep your reporting accurate. For more information on this, please see here.
Scheme Providers
You can now set up Scheme Providers as a payment method, allowing sales to be processed as on-account and invoiced directly to the scheme rather than the customer. This makes it easy to accept scheme-funded purchases while keeping stock, reporting, and invoicing accurate. For more information on this, please see here.

If this box is checked, the received quantity will default to 0 for you to manually enter the amount you have received every time.

🚀 Enhancements
Changes to how you set up a Partial Stock Take
When you create a Stock Take, the system will automatically generate a full stock take for the selected Warehouse. From there, you can use the search bar to filter by brand, category, sub-category, tag, or specific products, giving you greater control over what’s included in a partial stock take.
Internal Redirects
If you need to set up a redirect on your website to an internal page, there is now an option for this within the Site Structure.
Select Redirect as the page type when creating a new page and then select Internal from the drop down on the next page after you have saved. You should just enter the end part of the URL for the internal page you need to direct to.
