Product filters
By default, a price slider, only show items in stock, brands, and sub-categories are displayed on the product list page.
You can add as many filters as you wish.
Colour Filters
To display colour filters go to Online setup > Colour filters.
Create the name of the colour filter in the top section named Add colour filter. Click + and it will be added to the list on the left below. All colours assigned to a product are displayed on the right. As manufacturers have varied naming and specific naming convention, you wouldn't want all these displayed in a huge list. Create generic names such as Blue for each colour, then drag and drop the relevant colours from the right list into the left. This means if a user clicks Blue, they will see all shades of that blue as you've setup in the back office.
Size filters
To display size filters, go to Online setup > Size filters.
Create the name of the size filter in the top section named Add size filter then state the category and/or sub-category that the size filter applies to. Click + and it will be added to the list below. Ensure the sizes are added in the desired order of appearance. Ensure your naming conventions are the same as the size variant names added on each product page, the filters work by matching the size variant names to the filter names.
Custom filters
To display custom filters, go to Online setup > Product filters.
Create the name of the product filter in the top section named Add filter. Click + and it will be added to the list below. The example below is named Material, this is the filter header that appears on your site, then add the filters that appear under Material in the section beneath.
Create all filters in advance then assign them to each product on the eCommerce tab of a product page. Start by searching for the filter, then select it from the list, once selected, the filter is added as a teal badge to indicate it's been added.
Size guides
On the product page of your eCommerce site, if a relevant size has been created, the size link appears next to the size variant options. Tap the link to display a size guide in a pop up.
To display size guides, go to Online setup > Size guides.
Create the name of the size guide then state the relevant categories, sub-categories, brands or tags. Multiple can be added to one size guide by clicking + add rule.
To provide a clear size guide for the user, create a size table in the text editor rather than an image of the size guide, then add an optional how to measure image or similar in the below image section. This appears as a 2nd tab in the size guide pop up.
