Bundles and Collections - eCom Only!

We’ve replaced Composites with two new product types designed to make merchandising easier and more flexible:
Bundles
Create ready-made product sets with a single, fixed price — perfect for kits, gift sets, and special offers. Bundles make it easy for customers to buy more in one click.
Collections
Collections allow you to curate a set of products that are sold together, while giving customers the flexibility to choose options like colour and size. This makes them ideal for products such as suits.
Pricing is automatically calculated as the total of the included items. If you’d like to offer a special price, this can be easily set up using a promotion.
Things to note
Bundles and Collections are set up manually in the back office
Bulk import isn’t supported for these product types
All products included must already exist in the back office before they can be added
Cash Denominations
You now have the option to enter cash denominations when opening and closing your till. This feature is completely optional - you can still choose to enter a total amount only if you prefer.
If you’d like to use denomination counting, it can be enabled in the Back Office Settings → Payment Methods → Cash.
Once enabled, simply enter the quantity of each coin/note when cashing up and the total will be calculated automatically for you, making the process quicker and more accurate.

Ability to Edit Cash Movements on End of Day report
We’ve introduced a new option that allows you to edit cash movements directly from the back office End of Day report. This makes it easier to quickly correct any mistakes you spot during cashing up, helping keep your reporting accurate and up to date.
Line Notes
Line notes can now be added to individual products on a sale, rather than applying a single note to the order as a whole. This makes it easier to capture product-specific instructions or details.
This feature is enabled within the receipt template settings.

New Settings - POS Configuration!
A new POS Configuration settings page is now available, allowing you to pre-define Return, Discount, and Cash Movement reasons. This helps streamline staff workflows, improve consistency at the till, and keep your reporting accurate.

Scheme Providers
You can now set up Scheme Providers as a payment method, allowing sales to be processed as on-account and invoiced directly to the scheme rather than the customer. This makes it easy to accept scheme-funded purchases while keeping stock, reporting, and invoicing accurate.

Serial Number Updates
Adding and Deleting Serial Numbers within a Product Page
To make managing serial numbers easier, you can now add and delete serial numbers directly from a product’s page for existing stock. This gives you more flexibility when correcting or updating serial number information.
Serial numbers will continue to be added to incoming stock through the purchase order process as usual.

Adding a Serial Number Later to a Sale
You can now choose Add Later when processing a sale for items that require a serial number. This allows you to take payment for products that need to be ordered in, and add the serial number once the item has been delivered to you.
Add the product to the basket as normal, select Add Serial Number, then choose Add Later.
